No. While university degrees are respected, the Ausbildung system is designed to provide direct entry into highly skilled, well-paying careers without a degree.
For most Ausbildung programs and entry-level professional roles, B1 is the absolute minimum requirement. However, B2 is heavily preferred by employers.
Once you secure a Blue Card or standard work visa and can demonstrate sufficient housing, you can apply for family reunification visas.
